The grape is de-stemmed then for 5 hours it is lightly macerated at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Then it is fermented at a temperature control at 18ºC. Once the fermentation has finished, the wine is subjected to various racking and clarification treatment and stabilization, as well as being filtered before bottling.
A crystal clear appearance with flashes that give it a greenish yellow tone. Intense aroma, recalls the aroma of pineapple and floral memories. In the mouth it is tasty, light and with a delicious fresh finish of fleshy fruits that remind us of peach and apricot. Serving temperature 7-10 ° C
