Bodegas Paniza collaborates with the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy

We renew our collaboration with the cycle of conferences of the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy, which this year is entitled “Women in the Aragonese cuisine”. The protagonists will be women with a connection to the kitchen from different areas. Each one of them will be accompanied by the academics of the institution.

The conferences are held in the Cultural Area of ​​El Corte Inglés and the first will take place on February 7, at 7.30 pm. It opens with the presence of Mª Asunción Vitoria Ágreda, specialist in microbiology, who will talk about the recovery of the traditional family recipe book and will present several recipes that, as a foodie, she has rescued from her family recipe book. She will be accompanied by the recently appointed academician Encarna Estremera, Head of the Regulation and Regulation Service of Tourist Activities of the Directorate General of Tourism of the Government of Aragon for thirty years.
